NTT DATA and Microsoft announce a strategic collaboration agreement to set up the technological applications about Azure, which is the Microsoft cloud platform.
The alliance includes “significant investments and specialized resources” by both enterprise with the goal of integrating NTT DATA business solutions with Microsoft cloud technology services.
Furthermore, Azure will be implemented by NTT DATA at an internal level through the IT infraestructure migration to the Microsoft cloud, with the objective of gaining higher flexibility and efficiency in the process, as well as a rentability increase.
Also, the agreement allows integrating NTT DATA Data&Analytics solutions with the cloud technological development of Microsoft. In this way, aim will be to enhance synergies between both enterprises to develop cognitive solutions through everisMoriarty platform.
According to Vicente Olmos, partner of Enterprise and Cloud Solutions at everis, this alliance “makes the most of the Microsoft skills as a cloud service provider based on an open and flexible cloud platform, as well as, the NTT DATA knowledge about business needs of big companies in digital transformation matters”
On the other hand, José Bonnin, Cloud and Enterprise Business Group Leader at Microsoft, has remarked that thanks to this alliance Microsoft complements its “most advanced technology with the specialized business knowledge of everis.
